Where The Boba Family ship to?

Currently we only ship to North America. Hopefully we will ship globally in the future soon!

How long does it take to ship after I place the order?

Most orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. 

What are your payment methods?

We currently Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 

Tracking says my package was delivered but it never arrived?

Please check with your post office to see if your package is being held. Also check with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered to them by mistake. Post office will be able to help you find your package!

My order says it was returned to sender?

This may happen due to various reasons, such as:
• Customer provided incorrect address: I will ship to exactly the address inputted by the customer. If you typed it wrong, then I will be sending it wrong.
• Package was refused: If a strange name was used on the package, other people who live at the residence may not recognize who it belongs to and refuse it. The other people who live at that address may not recognize that name, think it’s suspicious, and return the package. It also makes it harder for people to claim the package at the post office or customs. Overall, I would not recommend using strange names. 
• Order was not picked up at post office. Sometimes, a package may require signatures. If you are not at home to receive it, it may be returned to the post office. 

Once your order has been returned to me, you may choose to either have it resent to you and pay a re-shipment fee (cost of original shipping), or get a refund on your order NOT including the shipping you originally paid.

Item I received was incorrect or damaged :(

Please send me a message within 7 days of delivery and I will see what I can do to help you!

I gave the wrong address

If you put in the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped and your package was returned to us by USPS because of a wrong address, we can redeliver the package, but you will have to place the order again. We will refund you the products but we will not refund the shipping fee.

Returns

Items from your order can be returned within 30 days if you are not happy with your purchase. They must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return

  1. Email us on why you’re returning the product at chaimi.home@gmail.com

  2. Pack the return. Please include the order number or we won’t know who it’s from.

  3. Return the product via registered post. Please return your order to the correct address! Or you will pay too much on return shipping. For now, you will have to pay the return postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. The Boba Family will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Returns Policy

  1. At this time, The Boba Family does not offer direct exchanges. Instead, the item can be returned for a refund, and a new order may be placed for a different size or color.

  2. Items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ on the product page are not eligible for returns.

  3. Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted and may not be refunded.

  4. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please pay the shipping costs, and then we will reimburse you these costs once we receive the item. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you.

  5. If you received an incorrect item, please provide a photo of the item(s) incorrectly received. We recommend referring to your confirmation email to confirm that the item received does not match what was ordered.

  6. The Boba Family only accepts unused items with all tags or labels still attached. Returns sent in used conditions will not be accepted and may not be refunded.

Refund Policy

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to a different method than was originally used at checkout.

Shipping charges will only be refunded if:

  • A refunded product was damaged, incorrect, or missing from an order and its weight affected the original shipping cost.

  • If you purchased Express Delivery and your order does not arrive by the scheduled delivery date listed on the USPS tracking page, contact us to request a refund for the shipping charges. This is the only shipping method with a money-back guarantee for the cost of shipping

Refunds for returns will be issued once the returning product(s) have been received in our returns mailbox and processed through the returns form. You should receive an automated email notification when your return has been successfully processed, but please note that your bank or credit card holder may require 1 to 7 days to process the refund and for it to correctly appear on any statements.

If for some reason, the original method of payment is no longer available or valid, we can offer to refund the amount in the form of a gift card for The Boba Family.
